I help the general public improve their muscle tone, improve their strength and improve their fitness with my private 60 minute sessions.
We have all the equipment each person could need at the Chi Personal Training Studio, including a squat rack, benches, cable machine, fixed weight barbells, olympic barbells, prowler, dumbbells and kettlebells.
My speciality is helping the general public achieve their fitness goals, and I state that it takes a minimum of 3 months to see results.
This requires a mixture of just getting your head down and working hard, as well as a bit of variety to make the training a bit more fun.
I'm very serious about what I do and I stick by my one rule:
I won't give up on you if you don't give up on me.
