BUILD BIGGER ARMS

Building bigger arms is a very important part of training.

The biceps (front of the arms) and the triceps (back of the arms), make up the arms.

To train the arms for size, focus on 2-3 training days devoted to 2-3 exercises for each body part, for 3-4 sets of 12-15 repetitions, where the 10th-15th repetition is a struggle.
