CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM CARBONARA
This is an excellent dish if you are planning a date night or just a meal to eat on your own in the evening with a movie.
1 Whole Chicken Breast Chopped Up
3 Whole Chestnut Mushrooms Sliced
Small Palm of Applewood Cheese
Finely Chopped Bacon
How To Cook
Start frying the chicken in the pan. While that's frying, pour hot water from the kettle into a pan to boil the rice.
Next, allow 5-10 minutes for the chicken to start browning. Once the chicken is brown, add in the other ingredient and continue to fry for 5-10 minutes.
Pour the fried food into a collinder to get rid of any unnecessary liquid.
Put the chicken and vegetables back in the pan and add the double cream. Leave for 10 minutes.
Finally, add both the chicken, vegetables and rice to the same dish and enjoy!
