I am a qualified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition Coaching.
Online nutrition coaching is all about guiding the individual through the process of developing a healthier relationship with the food and drink they eat.
Each client who signs up with me needs to provide me with the following information:
- Their job or their daily activity level.
- Daily nutrition logs via a calorie counting app (ideally nutracheck or myfitnesspal). Some of these apps wil require a monthly payment, so keep an eye out for this!
Each month, we track your calories, look at what food and drink you have been eating a make adjustments on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
This gives us enough time and information to see what foods might be causing your success or your plateau.
It also gives me, the coach, an idea of what food and drink you like so I can see what your habits, both good and bad are.
What Are The Benefits of Nutrition Coaching?
I do all the hard work for YOU. All you have to do is eat, drink and track your calories and send me your data each day, so it gives you more time to do your own thing during the day.
Some individuals are very black and white and they might see results quicker, because their choices are simple and straight forward.
Other individuals are very emotional and make lots of different decisions, and this might halt their progress slightly.
This isn't a bad thing, you need to focus on YOU.
Communication is 24/7, however please allow up to 24/48 hours for a response, though I do my best to respond as quickly as possible.
