SALMON AND PEA RISOTTO

This delicious and healthy fishy dish is perfect for any fish lover.

Ingredients

Fillet of Salmon
Arborri Rice
Stock
Peas

How To Make

Before you cook, ensure you put the salmon into an oven at approximately 1800 degrees. I usually take my salmon out straight after the rice has finished cooking. It tends to be in there long enough that it actually breaks down easily, making it nicer to eat.

While the salmon is cooking, pour the rice into a pan and add hot water, covering the rice by an inch or two.

Allow the rice to soak the water in, stirring only occassionally.

This process should take you 30 minutes. Once it has been done, add peas to the pan of rice and allow the heat of the rice to naturally heat up the peas.

Add to a plate and enjoy.
