Build Stronger Legs and a Bigger Butt With Reverse Lunges

Reverse lunges are one of those exercises that are just too good not to do, especially if you worry about having sore knees. A reverse lunge is done by placing one foot behind the other, as far behind as you can balance, and dropping the back knee down.

When you do this, your front foot will be vertical, taking stress off of the front knee, and placing all of the stress on the front thigh and glutes muscles.

It's a bit tricky with balance, but a masterful exercise for building strong legs doing a 1 legged exercise.
