One of my favourite exercise for developing stronger wrists is the hammer curl, so called because you move the weight up and down like you would hold a hammer. This exercise is extremely good for developing strength in the wrists, with one of the main muscles being the brachioradialis. To Do The ExerciseHold a pair of dumbbells with your palms facing each other and dumbbells by your sides. You can perform these one arm at a time, or both arms together, there is no right or wrong, but the idea is to raise each dumbbell up to your shoulders by bending the elbows. In the video below, I'm actually doing dumbbell curls, which also strengthen the wrists, but the wrists are facing away from me, so there is more emphasis on the biceps.
