We all want to become fitter, and in fact, we need to become fitter, it's the way to make everything easier for us to do, and then we can take on new challenges.
Here's a few tips to help you with your fitness:
1. Take on one big challenge per month
This could be something like learning to deadlift your bodyweight (if you weigh 60kg, build up to deadlifting 60kg from the ground). You may not get it in one month, depending on the many various reasons that prevent you from doing so,
you'll still improve, and sometimes, having something to chase is more important than the reward itself.
2. Invest In A Program
Every program you purchase will undoubtedly have it's benefits, I mean, that's why you think it's worth paying for in the first place.
My program, 'The 1 Dumbbell Workout', was inspired by a lady I met who had an unfortunate quad biking accident while on holiday and had to have one of her arms amputated at her elbow. She recovered really well though and I invited her to the gym one day for a free workout to get her back on her feet.
I was so inspired that I thought I had better write a program for people who may be in a similar situation, and thus, the '1 Dumbbell Workout was born!
(You can purchase it here is you wish)
3. Practice Your Squat Stance
This is a really good way of developing your leg strength, especially if you are a beginner.
It is also a good way of improving your balance and proprioception.
If you want, you can send me a picture, or a video, of you performing the exercise in an email, with the title, 'Analyse My Squat Technique', or something along those lines.
