Best Equipment and Best Program to Build Muscle

If you want to build muscle, you need to overload your muscles with weights to challenge the muscles, your muscles will then get bigger and stronger from training. What Is The Best Equipment? Generally speaking, you just need a barbell, some plates and some dumbbells. Then you can do an arrangement of squats, presses, pulls and isolation work for the various muscle groups. What Is The Best Program? There is no best program, but I would recommend playing around with either 5x5 or 3x10.
