Build Strong Arms and Abdominals With This Exercise

This exercise, which I call a Spiderman Push Up, is an exercise that helps build up strength in the abdominals and the arms/shoulders. You do the exercise by holding yourself in a push up position, with your shoulders in front of your hands, torso braced, and you bring one knee up and out toward your arm to train the obliques and abdominals. I would recommend around 10-15 reps of each knee for 3 sets.
