The Weight Loss Formula

This is the formula you need to lose weight, it is called the Harris-Benedict equation, and it works! 10 X 101 = 1010 (10*your bodyweight) 6.25 x 175 = 1093 (6.25*height in cm)

5 x 44 - 150 = 125 (5*age) - 150


BMR = 2,228
